The “VST” e-ticket

An e-ticket ordered this way is printed by the user at home or anywhere with access to a printer. Alternatively it can be kept on a mobile phone together with the confirmation text message.

An e-ticket can be bought no later than on the day of the cruise.

We recommend presenting the printed e-ticket or the text message at the pier no later than three minutes before the purchased cruise starts.

Order confirmation

When buying on-line over the internet, the buyer receives an order confirmation and the “VST” e-ticket at the e-mail address entered in the contact details.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation fee is 100 % from the moment of purchase.

Cruise conditions

We reserve the right to announce by phone, no later than two hours before departure, a change to the booked date, time or boat due to so-called force majeure, in particular changes in weather, safety, technical or operational conditions. In that case the money is not refunded, we extend the validity of the voucher by one month and it can then be used for another date or time as agreed.

The amount paid serves solely as payment of the admission fee. Any unused part, for example because a person does not attend or cancels their attendance, is not refunded and cannot be used for other services.

In the event of illness, quarantine and similar circumstances you may give the voucher or the tickets to someone else. Any complaints must be raised immediately on the spot.

Changing the date

A booking can be moved to another date once free of charge, no later than 24 hours before the departure time. The change must be reported by e-mail only, to .

The date cannot be changed by phone.

The full amount paid can then be used for any of our cruises taking place within one month of the original cruise. The condition is that it is used for all the people on one new date; a booking cannot be split.

Operational information

• The boat sails in any weather. It has an indoor deck with heating and an outdoor terrace. All the tables are by a window. The list of allergens is available on board.
• The route of the cruise always depends on the current situation on the river and in the locks. Boarding and disembarking take place at the same pier; the length of the cruise includes boarding and disembarking.
• Extra drinks can be bought on board in cash only, in CZK or EUR. Recommended parking is at Palladium, Kotva or in Revoluční street.
• You may bring a pram, a manual wheelchair and a dog on the cruise.
• Passage through the lock is not guaranteed.
• The purchase of tickets is governed by Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll.; the contract therefore cannot be withdrawn from as with an ordinary purchase over the internet.
